On the afternoon of May 11, 2020, Bu Changsen, Secretary of the Party Committee of North China Institute of Science and Technology, and Zhang Ruixin, the president of North China Institute of Science and Technology, and a delegation of 6 people visited IDP. Yao Yunsheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of IDP, Ren Yunsheng, deputy president of IDP, and other leaders and relevant departments attended the forum.

Yao Yunsheng extended a warm welcome to the delegation, pointing out that the two schools have an excellent tradition and foundation for cooperation, with similar development history, complementary scientific research and disciplines, each with its own characteristics and expertise, and both belong to the large emergency management system. He hopes to deepen and strengthen cooperation.

Bu Changsen introduced the overall plan and ideas for the transformation, upgrading, reform and development of North China Institute of Science and Technology. Zhang Ruixin hopes that the two schools will expand their cooperation fields, enhance their cooperation level and realize more cooperation achievements on the basis of implementing the existing cooperation agreements.

After the meeting, Bu Changsen and Zhang Ruixin also visited the campus and the earthquake simulation laboratory.
