On the morning of October 15, 2019, Liang Ruilian, vice president of IDP, led a team to North China University of Science and Technology to carry out a study on the reform of performance-based salary distribution management system. Representatives from Academic Affairs Office, Development and Finance Department, Scientific Research Department, and Personnel Department joined the visit.
During the visit, Ma Shangquan, director of Personnel Department of North China University of Science and Technology, introduced the school¡¯s reform ideas and process, problems and the next reform direction. Liang Ruilian first expressed her gratitude for the warm reception and thoughtful arrangement of North China University of Science and Technology, and then introduced the progress of the reform of performance salary distribution management system in IDP, hoping to learn from the good experience and good practices of North China University of Science and Technology in performance management through research and study.
During the visit, participants conducted in-depth exchanges on fund management, scientific research management, teaching management, financial management and personnel management around the performance-based salary reform and discussed the problems encountered in the work.
